This role is crucial for the cross-functional development and execution of our medical and evidence strategy, aiming to optimize asset positioning and launch readiness in key markets.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement medical affairs and integrated evidence generation strategies to maximize asset value and patient impact.
Provide a consolidated GM&E perspective for strategic decision-making within the PT and related global project groups.
Contribute medical and evidence inputs, market insights and evaluations to evolve asset strategies and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
Analyse the impact of medical activities on regulatory decisions and market positioning.
Foster clear communication between PT and GM&E teams for efficient collaboration.
Consult with experts across R&D, regulatory, and commercial functions to address business challenges and stakeholder expectations.
Oversee the development of evidence plans and manage scientific symposia and publication strategies.
Ensure compliance and strategic medical review of promotional materials.

WHO YOU AREBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required Qualifications:
Expertise in lung cancer and pan-tumour biomarkers.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth knowledge of drug development processes and Medical Affairs strategy.
Familiarity with real-world evidence generation and regulatory guidelines.
Business acumen with an understanding of financial decision-making in the PT.
Fluent in English with proven communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Medical doctor or advanced degree in Life Sciences or equivalent (M.D. and Fellowship specialty training preferred).
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and/or Evidence Generation function of a global healthcare organization or equivalent at regional or country level.
